Apologies on the dearth of posts in the last week or two! We’ve been away in exceptionally sunny Norway taking care of some family business, so posting wasn’t even close to the middle of our list of priorities. But every cloud has a silvery photographic lining and while we were away we snapped this very invigorating waterfall. 
Our cookery writer Per Steinar Nielsen also sometimes chances his culinary arm working on videos, directed I may may add, by another contributor of ours Klaas Diersmann, and this is their latest effort. Made for cutesy popsters Morten Valence it’s all very nice, but I have no idea what the dog masks are about. Enjoy!
