Long time pal, part-time Barista and full time lurker Russ-Wease-Hell has finally got the web portal for his Sketchstance fanzine up and running and amongst the nuggets of wisdom and doodlings on there is a graphic for an upcoming Hot Club De Paris shirt. And while their NME friendly, Cap N Jazz, barbershop stylings aren’t exactly my cup of tea, I can’t deny that firstly, they’re jolly nice chaps and secondly, that their latest fabric offering is truly epic. Oh sod it, I do kind of like a couple of their songs. Go visit them and Russ now.  Niceness 1 - Cynicism 0

I don’t know how, but I actually forgot to mention that you’ll be able to see the mighty Bow and Arrow play if you go see Annihilation Time, if you’re London based that is.  Two quarters of the band may still be complete pot-heads, their singer may still be inclined to wander off mid song like Victor Meldrew looking for his slippers and their bass player may even still play with his back to the crowd (he’s shy), but despite all that they still absolutely rip.

She’s one of our favourite photographers, she’s in our new issue and happens to be one of our more glamorous gal pals.  She’s Alex Prager and her latest exhibition opens at London’s Michael Hoppen Gallery on the 25th of this month and runs until June the 12th.  Go peep some amazing pictures why don’t you.
