Cruising For A Bruising?

March 17, 2008 By: admin Category: Randoms No Comments →

Nike bruiserAs these are supposedly the only sample pair of Bruiser colour-way Dunks in the country we thought it might be time to actually pull them out of the drawer they’ve been languishing in and post a pic of them for your viewing pleasure.  Styled on a classic Airwalk shoe, colour wise at least, these are sure to be earning serious coin on eBay once they’re out.  Seriously, whatever happened to earning some extra pin money from car-boot sales?

Slam flyer  After the success of our first two London soirees, put on in partnership with Slam City Skates, we thought we’d keep the ball rolling and bring you another evening of free entertainment.  Yes that’s right, FREE entertainment.  On at the Macbeth boozer with Lele (Speaks) and Wonk Unit on stage and Jackson, Smasher, Toby Shaull and Ches in the booth, it should be a laugh riot.  As you know, nothing quite screams ‘fun times’ like a sketchy hand drawn flyer.

We’ve all been big fans of this Japanese TV show for ages, so we thought it was about time to share.  Following chimpanzee Pak-Kun and his bulldog sidekick James as they do average, normal, mundane human tasks like taking the tube, working out and making Udon noodles from scratch, while it’s a typical slice of Saccharine Jap TV it’s also by happy coincidence, amazing.  Here the duo ride the train, but you’ll have to hunt for the rest yourselves.
